Brennan had her arm wrapped around Booths back under his shoulders helping him walk, she didn't want her partner fainting on her, or falling over.
"Bones, is something wrong?"
She sighed, no point in hiding it "Booth, I just killed to people, but not with guns, with my bare hands" she shook a little and smiled at her partner as she opened the Hoover building door.

He frowned. He knew first hand what it was like to take someone's life. Killing them with your hands had to be worse. He pulled her against him in a tight hug, then walke doutside with her.
"Okay, you've gotta go home so I can arrive with Wong Foos in the middle of the night." He grinned, and things seemed normal again.
But with a pair like Booth and Brennan, nothing is normal.

Brennan shook in his arms "Booth, can you drive me home?" she said hesitantly "we can pick Wong foos up on the way home" she smiled nervously "Please" she looked at her hands and the memory rushed back, she winced then clung to Booth "I don't like.. how do you?..".

"Shh. It's alright. I'll take you home, we can talk about everything there, okay?" He said.
They got Wong Foos, then headed to Brennan's apartment. He used the key she'd given him for emergencies to get in. Then he put the Thai food on the table.
"So you wanna talk about it?" He asked after awhile.

Brennan sat silent all the way to her place, she looked dazed and out the window, judgments running through her mind "Booth will never after this, I'm a murderer, Ange will never understand, Zack will be scared of me, my father will think I'm his Angel" she thought it over.
Brennan walked up her corridor her arms folded and hair hanging lose, she couldn't bare to use her hands.
"So you wanna talk about it?"
She cradled her legs on the couch and just stared at the food "Just something Booth, anything" she frowned and winced, her eyes looking nowhere in particular, she gasped and shivered.

Booth looked at her and pulled her close. "Bones, you know you can talk to me about anything, right?" He asked her.
"I know it's hard to believe, but I know what you're going through Bones. Remember, I was a sniper. I killed 49 people." He said.

Brennan tried to smile, it worked but only for a second "I know, I will never forget" she cried a little.
"I know it's hard to believe, but I know what you're going through Bones. Remember, I was a sniper. I killed 49 people."
She pulled away from him quickly "You shot them, big deal, those men died in front of me, I held them as they died, Booth, I didnt have to but I did... I.. I its not the same" she ran her hands over her face and sighed "Seeley, I murdered two people tonight".

He lifted her chin, forcing her to look into his eyes. "No you didn't Bones. Those men were attacking you, attacking me. You were unarmed, and they'd no reason to attack you. What you did was self defense, and anyone would say the same. You saved my life back there Temperance." He said. "You're not a murderer."

Bones smiled "Saved one took two, wheres the balance in that, Booth... I didn't have to kill them, I could of knocked them unconscious, but something inside wanted me to hit them where I did" she looked away.
"You're not a murderer."
Temperance turned back, her hand covered her mouth "I am, if not now my parents, mom died protecting me" she sighed and tears ran down her face, her nerves are way out of whack and she started to shake.

"Bones, you can't blame yourself for that. It was her choice, it's what she wanted." He said. "And as for you being a murderer, Bones, they probably would have simply put a hit out on you. Now at least the jerks won't have the chance."

He shrugged. "I don't entirely know. I remember only a few things. You confessing your undying love for me, the fact you wouldn't sleep with Zack or Hodgins unless their lives literally depended on it, and that Andy Lister is indeed based on myself." He grinned broadly. He wondered if, now that she was sober, she still loved him. He hoped she did, because he knew he sure still loved her.

Tempie went staunch and laughed nervously "Oh.." she sighed and stood up, all the rice back where it belongs, she smiled "Booth, I really didn't.. mean.. well I did, the thing about the shower, well thats" she blushed and mumbled something under her breath.
She sat back up and folded her legs "My Notes" she accidentally said aloud "I'm not thinking about work" she shook her head and sighed "Booth, really, I didn't mean.. I did but anything I said Ange gave me the ideas... all her" she stuttered. She looked at him "And that dream with you,Sully and myself, didnt happen..." she frowned and thought it over "I didnt say anything did I" she sighed.
