He smiled back. "And don't forget you agreed to go out with me when you find yourself in heaven. And no lying about how you feel about the date either Bones." He said.
Finally they pulled up to the lab. "About time." He said, stepping out of the SUV.

"Booth, I dont believe in Heaven or Hell for that matter" she said snarky "I don't lie Booth never" she smirked Jumpin out, she ran over to his side "I have a feeling there is more behind this Moira Carl girl, like why would her father give her a vegas pendent, They didnt even live there" she sighed and remembered last time they went to Vegas she grinned,

He nodded. "We can look into it." He followed her inside and up the platform. "So that date, I was thinking tonight, maybe 8?"

Temperance Glared at Booth "this date is more important to you then this girl, and yeah 8 sounds good" she said easing off the subject, she opened her smaller bag and pulled out two shiny poisoned apples, she threw one at Booth and bit into the other one "emergency Breakfast" she slid her card through the platfrom code, and jumped up.

Booth grinned and bit into the apple. "Mmmm, yummy." He grinned. "Love Granny Smith."
He pretended to be interested in the case the rest of the day, until the clock struck 7:30. Then he said "Bones, come on, we've gotta get ready."

Bones looked up from her computer "you sat there all day, waiting for me" she said smiling at him "Don't be dissapointed" she said reminding him as she got up and gt her coat.
She pulled him by the sleeve and jumped down the steps "date a date Im going on a date" she grinned inside and walked out of the Building, she handed Booth the keys.

Bones looked up from her computer "you sat there all day, waiting for me" she said smiling at him "Don't be dissapointed" she said reminding him as she got up and gt her coat.
He grinned. "I'm going on a date with you, why would I be?"
She handed Booth the keys, and he got in.
He drove to her apartment. "I'll pick you up at 7:50 to take you to the resteraunt."
Driving to his apartment once Bones had been dropped off, he was struck with a better idea. One that would make Brennan be happy he got her to agree to tonight.

Bones got out of the car and looked at him "don't be late" she said squinting a little "Ive had a enough of that all day" she smiled. She ran up the steps and into the building putting all he bags away and she got changed into a nice black dress top and a nise tan skirt and then she waited for Booth, a glass of some tonic in her hand as she hummed along to the song she put on the stereo.

Booth quickly got changed, then set up a table n his porch, overlooking the ocean. He predicted the sun would be setting just as Bones arrived. He called a few people to have everything set. Hurrying out, he left to pick her up. He pulled up outside of her building and walked inside. Walking down the corridor, he knocked on her door.

Booth rolled his eyes, smiling. She brushed down his jacket the, as she grabbed her jacket, walked down the corridor.
They walked to the SUV, and he drove to her apartment. he grinned. "I changed my mind on the way to my apartment." He explained. "I think you'll like it."
He led her up the stairs, and halfway through said "Close you eyes. I have a surprise waiting for you, and I don't want to ruin it for you." When she finally closed her eyes, he used this as an excuse to hold her lightly by the waist as he led her up the stairs. "Okay, open them." He said when they got onto the porch. On the porch was the table set for two, now featuring a single rose in a vase in the center, two champagne glasses and a bottle of her favorite wine, and two plates with their favorite Thai foods.

Bren opened her eyes and smiled "Mirlot, how did know?" she said picking up the wine, she smiled at him then looked out over the water her eyes dazzled in the reflection. She looked at Booth "Its pretty, like you" she smirked. "Okay bren its going well, you are actually enjoying yourself WOW"

Booth grinned. "lucky guess." Then he caught sight of the sunset. "Hey Bones, look at that."
she smiled at him then looked out over the water, her eyes dazzled in the reflection. She looked at Booth "Its pretty, like you" she smirked
He sighed, acting annoyed, then grinned and said "Let's eat."
After awhile, his cell phone started ringing. He answered "Booth." Cullen's voice came over the phone. "Agent Booth, I need to speak with you. It's about your victim, Moira." Booth was on the phone for a few minutes, then hung up.
"That was Cullen." he explained. "He... he was rather vague, but he wants us to go to Maine where Moira lived, find out what we can... you know, all the usual." he said.
"The plane leaves in 3 hours, and we need to allow at least an hour to get through security." He said, looking at her apologetically. "Sorry to ruin the date."
